The diversity and experience of the V-Logic board will be able to address any prospects and/or challenges that the company faces.   Sean Kelly Chairman Deputy Managing Director Modern Terminals Limited Mr. Kelly serves as the Deputy Managing Director of Modern Terminals Limited in Hong Kong. Prior to joining Modern Terminals, Mr. Kelly was with American President Line (APL) where he held a number of increasingly senior management positions. These included postings in Asia as APL's Managing Director in the Philippines and Taiwan. The latter also involved direct responsibility for APL operations in Hong Kong and China. Most recently, he was Vice President of Terminal Operations at the APL Corporate Office in Oakland, California, USA. He holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. TOP     Peter J. Levesque Director Chief Executive Officer (Founder) V-Logic Limited Mr. Levesque has over sixteen years of international transportation and global logistics experience. Prior to V-Logic, he held key management positions in Hong Kong with both American President Lines, one of the world's largest container transportation and logistics companies, and with ACS Logistics, a unit of APL. His most recent post was as Managing Director of ACS Global Logistics North Asia with responsibilities for sales, marketing, and operations in 8 countries. Leading up to his Asian assignments, Mr. Levesque held various sales and management positions with both APL and Navieras Lines in Boston, New York, Los Angeles, and Dallas. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Northwestern University's J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He presently sits on the Kellogg Alumni Advisory Board in Evanston Illinois. TOP     Robin Cheung Director Executive Vice President - Managing Director (Founder) V-Logic Limited Mr. Cheung has eighteen years of international banking experience; his last position was as Deputy Head of Foreign Exchange in Asia for HSBC with expertise in Asian economies. HSBC was voted the best foreign exchange house by Asiamoney and the Greenwich Survey during Mr. Cheung's tenure at the bank. Mr. Cheung has held key positions at Barclays in Hong Kong, AIG in New York, Unibank in New York and Privatbanken in Singapore. Mr. Cheung presently serves as a director on the board of TechSystem Limited, a partner of Speedcast.com (a broad band Internet provider). He holds a B.A. in Economics from New York University and an MBA from Northwestern University's J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. TOP     Jackson Ng Director Chief Financial Officer Modern Terminals Limited Mr. Ng is the Chief Financial Officer of Modern Terminals Limited. He is a Certified Accountant with MBA and MSc ?Finance. Mr. Ng previously worked with Coopers & Lybrand, and he also served as Group Financial Controller with the Lam Soon Group. Prior to joining Modern Terminals, he served as the Finance Director East Asia of Allergan Inc., a U.S. pharmaceutical company. He is also the Director of Tradelink Electronic Commerce Limited, the sole provider of e-trade declaration platform in Hong Kong. TOP     Siah Siong Kuang Corporate Secretary Chief Financial Officer V-Logic Limited Mr. Siah has twelve years of international banking experience; his last position was as Head of Operations for MeesPierson Hong Kong. Mr. Siah has also held key positions in treasury, audit and strategy with Barclays in Hong Kong and Touch Ross & Co in London. Among his professional qualifications, Mr. Siah is a Chartered Accountant of ICAEW and a Certified Information System Auditor. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from The City University in London and an MBA from Northwestern University’s J. L.
