V-Logic announces landside haulage service

V-Logic Limited officially launched its new landside container haulage service at a ribbon cutting ceremony today at Modern Terminals in Kwai Chung.
The company will provide container haulage service between the various container terminals in Hong Kong, especially between CT 1 and the newly opened CT 9 on behalf of Modern Terminals Limited. The deal, estimated to be worth HK$ 8 Million dollars, represents the first of a multi phased container terminal service strategy for V-Logic over the next several years.
"Landside haulage is a natural extension for V-Logic given the nature of our business, our geographic location, and the suite of third party logistics services that we already offer" said V-Logic's Executive Vice President and Managing Director Robin Cheung. "We believe this new service will create additional value for both our customers as well as our shareholders" Cheung said.
