V-Logic's vendor
management program is designed to provide customers with an
outsourced alternative for managing vendors in China. By
outsourcing this critical function to V-Logic, customers can
significantly reduce the administrative burden of managing
multiple vendors from thousands of miles away.
V-Logic provides
vendors with a standardized process template for booking,
cargo delivery, and documentation submission to V-Logic. All
vendors then follow the same basic procedures. V-Logic
measures each vendor's performance against agreed upon
service parameters, and provides exception management
reporting of vendor performance to customers on a monthly
basis.
V-Logic's Vendor
Management Program shifts an extremely labor intensive
function over to V-Logic, freeing up customers to
concentrate on growing their business.
