V-Logic proudly announces the release of VIVA!,
a live inventory visibility system directly accessing
the powerful EXE Warehouse Management System for reporting and stock management. VIVA was designed by the V-Logic team to be an advanced, web-based front end that allows maximum visibility
and security of customer's operational data, with no compromise in accuracy or timeliness of data updates.
VIVA's web screens allow "drill-down" inquiry into current SKU inventory, Purchase Orders for expected receipts at the fulfillment center, and
Shipment Orders for outbound movements per our customer's requirement. Bringing the upstream and downstream intelligence together, VIVA gives stock
balance snapshots by SKU that express current inventory in terms of both demand against that inventory and expected replenishment supply in current
and upcoming timeframes. This allows V-Logic's customers to see movement in given product lines, and identify potential bottlenecks or stock-outs before they
occur. And that's a big part of the game in today's supply chain management arena.
VIVA will also allow key document submission - PO, SO, and ASN
providing V-Logic with a complete set of current operating documents - to and from
your suppliers as well as outbound fulfillment requests to your customers.
VIVA was designed with security in mind - utilizing a
proprietary SSL certificate for quick client
installation, it requires a company and user-level
authorization for access. In addition, appropriate
design has been implemented in the back end to ensure
data security and segregation between customer system
accounts.
